Job SummaryHelp maintain the grounds around the property perimeter, clean gasoline/diesel pumps regularly, fix issues that may arise. Must be able to work with others and possess the ability to follow instructions. The ideal candidate is a dedicated worker who can work in all weather conditions, in tight spaces, and be able to be on their feet for long periods of time.
Responsibilities:
- Mow/ weed eat around perimeter
- Spray bugs
- Clean gasoline/ diesel pumps regularly
- Repair issues as they arise
- Ensure outdoor areas are protected from inclement weather
- Assist with other projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance is preferred
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
- Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to show up ready to work on time
- Must have a valid drivers license
- MUST BE ABLE TO PLOW SNOW
