As the Early Childhood Education Site Supervisor, you will provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for an early childhood education site serving children ages 0 to 5 years.

Position is exempt, salaried starting at $63,347.96 annually; Monday – Friday; 37.5 hours per week
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education, or a bachelor’s or advanced degree with equivalent coursework in Early Childhood Education, is required. Candidates must have at least four years of experience in early childhood education, teaching, or childcare, along with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience, preferably in an early childhood education setting. Familiarity with New York State OCFS regulations and Head Start performance standards is highly desired. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, and a valid driver’s license may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless daily operations to foster a stable, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for children and families.
- Direct and manage all aspects of program implementation, including operations, staffing, and service delivery, to uphold excellence in early childhood education.
- Ensure full compliance with Head Start performance standards, OCFS regulations, and all applicable program requirements.
- Serve as an educational leader, offering ongoing guidance, supervision, and professional development to staff to enhance program effectiveness.
- Act as a key liaison between families, community organizations, and service providers to strengthen partnerships and enhance resource accessibility.
- Develop and coordinate community engagement initiatives and program enrichment activities to support holistic child and family development.
