This is a high-visibility role supporting senior leadership in a fast-moving executive environment. We’re looking for someone who is first and foremost an AV pro, and just as importantly, someone who knows how to show up calmly, confidently, and prepared when the pressure is on.
You’ll be the go-to person for executive meetings, board sessions, and critical presentations. When something matters and there’s no margin for error, you’re already in the room, already checked the setup, and already thinking one step ahead.
Alongside AV ownership, you’ll also provide white-glove executive IT support for senior leaders. That means discretion, polish, urgency, and the ability to solve problems without making noise about it.

Position Overview
School(s): Elementary, Middle &amp; High School 
The Lead Teacher’s role holds the primary responsibility for developing and implementing the curriculum, school culture, and the success of the school’s students. 
Duties/Responsibilities
Curriculum Development and Instruction
<ul>
<li>Adapt and execute a rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum and assess students’ progress</li>
<li>Develop academically rigorous lessons, create unit plans, rubrics and assessments</li>
<li>Use data to inform instructional decisions</li>
<li>Provide students with daily feedback on mastery performance in character and academics and plan for individual learning needs</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong pedagogy</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work collaboratively with your school team and those across KIPP Capital Region</li>
<li>Help develop school-wide culture that best fits the needs of our students, teachers and families</li>

<li>Create and foster a positive and calm learning environment</li>

Qualifications
Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University, required</li>
<li>Valid NYS Teaching Licensure or willingness to pursue state certification, required</li>
<li>Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a school educator, preferably in a charter or public school environment, preferred</li>
<li>Prior experience working in schools and urban communities is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule outside of regular business hours.</li>
<li>Aptitude to create and work within an inclusive environment that honors and supports a diversity of backgrounds and perspectives.</li>
</ul>

About the Role
The Outside Salesperson will exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude with customers. The ideal candidate will drive sales and provide technical expertise in automation solutions, including Rockwell Automation PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, industrial sensors, motion control, VFDs, IIoT solutions, and industrial networking equipment and all products within Turtle’s portfolio. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their automation needs, recommending suitable solutions, and managing the sales process from inception to close..
What You'll Do

<li>Identify customer automation needs and propose tailored solutions involving Rockwell Automation PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, motion control, industrial sensors, VFDs and software solutions.</li>
<li>Increasing business by generating sales to new customers and by selling additional solutions to existing customers.</li>
<li>Pursuing product applications by utilizing personal knowledge, internal specialist/resources, vendor representatives and other available sources.</li>
<li>Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.</li>
<li>Strengthening customer relationships to enhance Turtle’s positioning within the customer.</li>
<li>Learning and evaluating customer operations to aid in identifying customer objectives, requirements, and preferences.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging automation technologies, and competitor activities.</li>
<li>Processing product quotations in conjunction with inside sales counterparts and provide continuous follow-up throughout the completion of the customer’s purchasing cycle.</li>
