Requirements:
EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>High School degree or GED. </li>
<li>2 years’ experience machine/mechanical build assembly, preferred. </li>
<li>Vocational education in related field, preferred. </li>
<li>Mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality. </li>
<li>Proficient with basic hand tools including hand drill, tape measure, and jig saw.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of Bridgeport, surface grinder, lathe, chop saw, and panel saw. </li>
</ul>
 
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES
<ul>
<li>Effective verbal and written communication. </li>
<li>Basic proficiency reading part and assembly drawings preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to accept coaching and training from Machine Build Job Lead(s).</li>
<li>Time management </li>
<li>Ability to multi-task</li>
<li>Problem solving</li>
<li>Ability to work as a team.</li>
<li>Basic layout skills.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills required.</li>
<li>Ability to apply concepts of basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, percentages. </li>
<li>Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and trigonometry.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. </li>
<li>Ability to complete assignments with little or no direct supervision.</li>
