What You'll Do

<li>Responsible for owning the full cycle recruitment process from creating job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, and preparing offer letters for successful candidates </li>
<li>Lead the implementation of new and existing recruitment initiatives such as targeted electronic advertising through social media to maximize the pool of potential candidates</li>
<li>Identify and implement recruitment strategies to effectively source and recruit specific skill sets</li>

Who You Are

<li>3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment</li>
<li>Self-starter, ability to think on your own and creatively solve problems</li>
<li>Strong collaboration skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li>
<li>Excellent understanding of sourcing passive candidates with a keen ability to use data to drive passive candidate outreach to conversion</li>
<li>Proficiency with ATS technology - we use Greenhouse</li>
<li>Systems capabilities: Google Suite, LinkedIn, Slack</li>
<li>Strong project management skills and ability to manage deadlines</li>
<li>Experience supporting or managing new hire onboarding as part of the full recruitment lifecycle</li>
<li>Effective communication skills (influential across written, verbal, and presentation)</li>

POSITION SUMMARY:
Countryway is seeking a customer-focused Property Field Claims Representative to join our claims team in New York. The Property Field Claims Representative (PFCR) handles property damage and liability claims and provides efficient settlements in accordance with company procedures and standards. 
LOCATION
Field based position in Upstate New York (within about 100 miles of Syracuse, NY). Company Auto provided with covered gas, insurance, and maintenance.
POSITION
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, position will require occasional overnight travel.

PRIMARY DUTIES
<ul>
<li>Investigate all losses assigned.</li>
<li>Comply with company policies and procedures in the handling of all losses and other company matters.</li>
<li>Report all activity on all claim files to the company promptly.</li>
<li>Promptly reply to all complaints as requested.</li>
<li>Evaluate and Estimate claims using photos, measurements, estimating platforms, and other available resources.</li>
<li>Assist and give guidance to all other claims personnel as requested.</li>
<li>Advise Underwriting Department on all potential adverse risks.</li>
<li>Comply with Unfair Claim Settlement Practices Act</li>
