You will focus on aligning technology solutions with business objectives to streamline operations, enhance production efficiency, and support end-to-end business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage, lead, and develop the Commercial Aircraft ERP Business Process Champion Team, and co-manage ERP Data Lead team.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong partnerships with CAG division and business unit leadership to understand and support strategic financial priorities and operations.</li>
<li>Define and own future-state business processes that align with organizational and program goals; standardization across CAG operations globally.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary decision-maker for CAG process-related topics throughout the ERP project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Ensure business process alignment with CAG standards and the ERP Activate methodology across all phases: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.</li>
<li>Ensuring processes comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand and document requirements related to ERP, MES, PLM, and financial planning systems.</li>
<li>Lead CAG ERP initiatives and collaborate with corporate IT ERP project teams to ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives and consistent delivery of outcomes.</li>
<li>Translate business and manufacturing processes into requirements for system configuration, including ERP, MES, PLM, and financial planning tools.</li>
<li>Support the implementation, testing, and deployment of ERP integrations with MES, PLM, and production financial planning systems.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree in information technology.</li>
<li>(7) Years of Experience in IT; ERP implementation or enterprise systems integration, manufacturing or engineering-focused environment, business partner or liaison role between IT and business units. ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and strong knowledge of MES, PLM, and financial planning tool integrations.</li>
<li>Certifications: 1- ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) 2- Experience with MES, PLM, and financial planning system interfaces </li>

This is an entry level position responsible for processing all release of information (ROI), specifically medical record requests, in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. Associates must at all times safeguard and protect the patient's right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient's medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations.

This is a Remote Role

<li>Full Time: Monday-Friday either 7:30am-4pm (CST) or 8:00am-4:30pm (CST) Need to be sure that phones are covered from 8am-4pm (CST). </li>

Pay ranges for this job title may differ based on location, responsibilities, skills, experience, and other requirements of the role. 
The estimated base pay range per hour for this role is:$15—$18.32 USD
