Required:
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in a professional office environment.
- Knowledge in Outlook, Concur and booking domestic/international travel.
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must dress professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Receptionist will do time & expense reports and excels at booking travel.
- Will support several Senior and Junior employees with expenses, travel, calendar, meetings and catering.
- Responsible to meet and greet clients, manage conference rooms (i.e., schedule rooms, make sure rooms are presentable before each meeting and help with zoom when needed).
- Order supplies and keep supply rooms organized.
