A Nurse Practitioner, under the direction of the of a physician, is responsible for planning, evaluating and delivering the health care of patients on assigned service. Sun River Health is currently seeking part time Nurse Practitioner to join our teams in Coram and Patchogue. A Nurse Practitioner, under the direction of the of a physician, is responsible for planning, evaluating and delivering the health care of patients on assigned service. Emphases preventative health measures and education of patients. She/he will perform other duties as assigned and in compliance with systems and job specific standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities for a Nurse Practitioner:
