As a Customer Service Representative, youll be a key part of the team that keeps our customers happy and our office running smoothly. Youll spend your day talking with customers, answering questions, and making sure they feel supported and taken care of.

We are currently looking for candidates in the Peekskillwho are outgoing, dependable, and passionate about delivering excellent service. Youll work directly with customers to help protect their homes, cars, lives, and financial futures while building strong, long-term relationships.

Job Responsibilities Customer Service Representative

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person conversations

  • Confidently communicate with customers and enjoy building rapport and trust

  • Assist customers with policy questions, changes, billing inquiries, and general account support

  • Support customers through the claims process and help ensure timely resolution

  • Support daily office operations and work closely with the team to keep things running efficiently

Job Requirements Customer Service Representative

  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills you enjoy talking to people

  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment

  • Comfortable working as part of a team and following established processes

  • Insurance or financial services experience is a plus, but not required

  • Genuinely cares about helping people and meeting customers needs

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

  • Willing to obtain required insurance licenses (existing licenses are a plus)
