In your role as Sr. DevOps Engineer at Kohler Ventures you will:
<ul>
<li>Work directly with the Head of Software, software engineering team, and product teams</li>
<li>Design cloud backend architecture that can scale with the business growth of Kohler Ventures</li>
<li>Build the forward-looking vision and lead the effort to understand and drive requirements with hardware/software teams.</li>
<li>Measurably improve code normalization across one or more critical code concerns throughout the codebase</li>

Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. </li>
<li>You’ve spent over 5 years orchestrating the cloud tasks with AWS and CDK.</li>
<li>You embody the essence of DevOps processes advocating for collaboration, monitoring automation and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with wide range of AWS services including networking, security, apps hosting, scripting infrastructure as code, supporting productions environments, monitoring/troubleshooting/ maintaining high availability, scalability, robustness, and performance.&nbsp; Kubernetes, ArgoCD (K8S controller), Github Actions</li>
<li>Availability to work outside of standard business hours as needed to be able to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones.</li>
<li>Ability to travel 10% of time both domestically and internationally if needed.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience deploying and maintaining data streaming platforms experience with either Kafka or Solace.</li>
<li>Strong technical experience in some of the following areas:&nbsp;API Descriptor specifications, such as Protocol Buffers, GraphQL, OpenAPI.</li>
<li>Experience in cloud security architecture and infrastructure.</li>
<li>Strong ability to communicate complex technical and management information clearly and concisely.</li>

The approved base salary range for this\nposition is $114,500 - $145,450. The actual base salary offered to a candidate\nmay be higher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of\nfactors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work\nlocation. This position is subject to Area Salary Differential (Cost of Living\nAdjustment) that ranges from 16% of base salary for the NYC metro area. The\napproved base salary range including ASD for this position is $132,820 -\n$168,722 depending on location. In addition, this position is eligible for a\nperformance bonus and a special project incentive.&nbsp; Available benefits\ninclude medical, dental, vision and 401k.

We are seeking an E-Commerce Lead to manage and optimize our online sales and support an outstanding customer experience. This role requires a data-driven mindset and a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices. You will work closely with product, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure that our e-commerce platform delivers an outstanding shopping experience, aligning with our brand values.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to Director of Commercial - Kohler Ventures.
Specific Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Execute on the e-commerce strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for e-commerce sales</li>
<li>Use real world sales data to guide future marketing spend and business strategy towards high quality revenue streams</li>
<li>Recommend e-commerce growth strategy across new channels, target customers, and markets</li>
<li>Manage the day-to-day operations of our online store, including product listings and inventory management.</li>
<li>Optimize the user experience (UX) on our website to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and overall satisfaction.</li>
<li>Analyze website performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and make data-driven recommendations. </li>
<li>Monitor the integration of e-commerce platforms and third-party tools (payments gateways) and escalate any performance concerns to the software team</li>
<li>Coordinate with stakeholders in operations to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.</li>
<li>Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal partners and external agencies to implement digital marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain the site content calendar and provide inputs into the site creative workflow process</li>
<li>Manage and optimize the company's martech stack, ensuring effective utilization of marketing technology tools</li>
<li>Help implement and manage the website's SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic</li>
<li>Advise on the brand blog, including post cadence and inputs into site workflow processes</li>
<li>Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance and the site funnel using site analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement</li>
<li>Stay current with e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve the online shopping experience.</li>

Skills/Requirements

<li>Bachelor’s\ndegree from a top tier US college in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a\nrelated field.</li>
<li>4+years of experience in DTC e-commerce management preferably in the wellness and tech industries. </li>
<li>Demonstrable and quantifiable track record of driving online sales growth and improving e-commerce KPIs in a zero to one new business build or high growth business unit</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies</li>
<li>Experience with web platforms and analytics tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau </li>
<li>Demonstrated project management skills</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making</li>
<li>Previous experience working in a wellness or tech startup is a plus</li>
<li>Experience with UX/UI principles and website design is a plus.</li>
<li>Ownership of sales and marketing budget and ROI optimization a plus</li>
<li>Understanding of the Amazon ecosystem a plus (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central)</li>
<li>Prior experience in developing and implementing global e-commerce strategies a plus</li>

<li>Experience validating iOS, Android, or embedded firmware for IoT devices.</li>
<li>Ability to translate business requirements into test plans and develop test automation at all layers of the software stack.</li>
<li>Minimal travel, both domestically and internationally, is needed.</li>
<li>Availability to work outside of standard business hours to be able to collaborate with teams and vendors across multiple time zones.</li>
<li>Experience in development using Python.</li>
