What You Need:

<li>High School Diploma/GED required</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree (Preferred)</li>
<li>2-4 years of management experience in retail sales</li>
<li>2-4 years in sales and sales management experience</li>
<li>Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences</li>
<li>Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment</li>
<li>Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.</li>
<li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.  </li>
