The Associate Manager will manage a complex CAPEX/OPEX budget for the U.S. and Canada, oversee vendor operations during an RFP process, and assist with a digital transformation initiative (moving from Excel to a centralized project management tool). This position ensures continuity during a staffing transition.
 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee daily management of trade marketing budgets (CAPEX &amp; OPEX) across U.S. &amp; Canada.</li>
<li>Coordinate vendor operations during RFP and transition phases.</li>
<li>Support collaboration between Finance, Procurement, IT, and Marketing teams.</li>
<li>Help document requirements for a new digital project management platform.</li>
<li>Track logistics and vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.</li>
</ul>
 
Required Skills:

<li>Experience managing complex budgets (CAPEX/OPEX).</li>
