We are seeking a highly skilled High-End Ceramic Tile Installer to join our elite construction and design team. This role requires exceptional craftsmanship, a keen eye for detail, and experience working with premium materials in luxury residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a portfolio of high-end projects, and the ability to meet the exacting standards of architects, designers, and discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately measure, cut, and install ceramic, porcelain, and specialty tiles in complex patterns and layouts.

Prepare surfaces by leveling, cleaning, and waterproofing to ensure proper tile adhesion and long-term durability.
</li>
<li>
Interpret detailed design specifications and blueprints with minimal supervision.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate closely with project managers, interior designers, and other trades to deliver flawless finishes.
</li>
<li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site.
</li>
<li>
Work with high-end materials, including handmade, large-format, mosaic, and imported tiles.
</li>
<li>
Execute intricate installation techniques such as miters, inlays, borders, and custom trim pieces.
</li>
<li>
Apply grout and sealants with precision for a polished, durable finish.
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Minimum 5 years of experience in tile installation, with a strong focus on high-end residential or commercial projects.
</li>
<li>
Proficiency in using tile cutting tools, leveling systems, and layout equipment.
</li>
<li>
Extensive knowledge of industry best practices, including TCNA (Tile Council of North America) standards.
</li>
<li>
Ability to work with precision under tight deadlines and within detailed specifications.
</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of waterproofing systems and subfloor preparation.
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
</li>
<li>
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
</li>
<li>
Certification from the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (CTEF) or equivalent is a plus.
