Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Handle financing and leasing transactions for vehicle purchases.
- Work closely with lenders to secure competitive rates for customers.
- Ensure accurate completion of paperwork related to sales and financing.
- Customer Relations:
- Provide exceptional customer service during the vehicle purchasing process.
- Explain financing options and address customer inquiries.
- Build trust and rapport with clients to enhance their overall experience.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to finalize deals.
- Assist in structuring deals that meet customer needs.
- Optimize profit margins while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in automotive finance or dealership management preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
