Background: 
Radienz Living is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Facility Cleaner to support cleanliness and compliance within our FDA-regulated, GMP-compliant manufacturing and warehouse facility. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, including operating a scissor lift to clean elevated warehouse racking and hard-to-reach surfaces.
Work hours will be Mon-Friday 7am – 3:30pm (not including overtime) with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.
 
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and deep cleaning of manufacturing and warehouse areas in compliance with FDA and GMP regulations.
• Clean floors, walls, ceilings, racking, and equipment using approved methods and materials.
• Operate a scissor lift to clean high surfaces, including storage racks, overhead pipes, and ventilation systems.
• Sanitize GMP-controlled areas such as cleanrooms, gowning areas, and production suites.
• Empty trash and GMP waste containers following proper segregation and disposal protocols.

In the absence of any other YMCA director or coordinator, the relationship manager-on-duty will be:

 Job Summary: Responsible for enforcing all laws, rules and policies authorized by the Safety and Security Department.Duties/Responsibilities:

<li>Adheres to all PRH and CSDC policies and procedures, and the Center Operating Procedures.</li>
<li>Enforces all authorized laws, rules, and regulations.</li>
<li>Transports students in company vehicle.</li>
<li>Patrols assigned areas and remains alert for disturbances, fires, safety hazards, traffic violators, suspicious acts and/or persons, and other unusual conditions.</li>
<li>Aids and assists visitors, students, and staff.</li>
<li>Maintains Student Accountability logs for students entering / exiting the center</li>
<li>Performs building security and safety checks.</li>
<li>Conducts approved searches and Safety &amp; Health inspections of visitors, staff and students as necessary.</li>
<li>Receives complaints and makes appropriate preliminary investigations.</li>
<li>Provides escort service as directed.</li>
<li>Investigates vehicular accidents at center.</li>
<li>Issues visitor passes and temporary vehicle permits.</li>
<li>Participates in the disciplinary process as established at the center, including zero tolerance for violence and drugs.</li>
<li>Attend training as required.</li>
<li>May provide temporary coverage in student occupied areas such as the dormitories and recreation areas.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>

Qualifications:
Minimum: High school graduate or equivalent. Valid State Driver's License. Active Security License
Preferred: Three to six months' experience in a security or work-related capacity, Class B License with passenger/air brake endorsement preferred.
Knowledge: Knowledge of crowd control techniques preferred. Knowledge of law enforcement procedures preferred. Possess a valid state driver's license. Ability to obtain a bus driver's license. Must maintain CPR/FA Certification. Familiarity with problems of underprivileged, minority groups, especially youth. Good writing skills. Excellent communication skills.
