<li>Minimum of three years of experience as a Property Manager at a multi-family apartment community with 50 units or more is preferred.</li>
<li>A valid NYS real estate salesperson license is preferred. If the individual has one, they must be willing to transfer the license to Sunrise Management &amp; Consulting.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proficient with Entrata or similar property management software.</li>
<li>Professional use of verbal and written communications.</li>
<li>Must have a valid, clean driver’s license and have reliable transportation.</li>

Your Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Apply a “Safety First” approach to every day at Heatherwood.</li>
<li>A minimum experience of 2+ years of multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance, or similar experience.</li>
<li>Maintain the property's interior and exterior standards.</li>
<li>Openness and approachability to feedback and consistent communication</li>
<li>Understanding and experience with the following mechanical systems, but not limited to: HVAC equipment, plumbing (water heaters, drain clearing, fixture replacement and repair), minor electrical repair, appliance repair, drywall prep and repair, painting, and carpentry.</li>
<li>Knowledge of building systems including fire sprinklers, fire alarms, and central mechanical/HVAC systems</li>
<li>Solid understanding of general building maintenance, work order management, and apartment make-ready process.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively troubleshoot and problem-solve maintenance issues.</li>
<li>Shared responsibility of “On-Call” schedule with your property and other Heatherwood property teammates.</li>
<li>Job responsibility requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, kneeling, stooping, crawling, and climbing.</li>
