Job Description
<ul>
<li>$45 per hour</li>
<li>Monday through Friday, weekends and Bank holidays off</li>
<li>Shifts will be (approximately) 7am to 3pm or 10am to 6pm</li>

The Armed Security Response Team (SRT) Agent is responsible for safeguarding the client in Buffalo, NY. Individuals must be able to perform in a dynamic environment and possess the physical, operational and tactical capabilities to address wide-ranging security related tasks. This position is a full-time opportunity working 3 or 4 12-hour shifts a week. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as well as overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide covert and overt protection to the client and properties, while maintaining a low-profile.</li>
<li>Provide real-time information about the surrounding area of the work site.</li>
<li>Safeguard the work site, personnel and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.</li>
<li>Work within a cross-functional team</li>
<li>Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and remain flexible</li>
<li>Must possess ability to interact with all levels of corporate management, liaison internally and externally with various departments and personnel.</li>
<li>Must be able to brief, defend, persuade and instruct others on security requirements and policies.</li>
<li>Must have strong oral communication and representational skills and have the ability to write in a clear and precise manner.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 4 years' experience in extensive military, law enforcement, or corporate security experience, preferably in a military special operations branch or protective operations.</li>
<li>Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and a clean driving record</li>
<li>Ability to acquire state security and firearm credentials</li>
<li>Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with handguns.</li>
<li>Current First Aid, CPR, AED certification required.</li>
<li>Previous medical training is highly desirable.</li>
