Job Summary
The DSP is responsible for assisting the people we support, while following established treatment plans. QSAC programs emphasize the importance of promoting safety, independence and integration into the community. You will abide by the Direct Support Professional Code of Ethics at all times.

The family is looking for a dedicated staff to provide him 2-3 hours on Friday and Saturday evenings from approximately 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at his home. The person generally goes to bed very early. Willing to consider applicants for any or all of the shifts. The schedule can be flexible and varies depending on family needs. Responsibilities may also include, but are not limited to, supporting him during community outings, encouragement and support with utilizing social skills and supporting him with health and safety. Experience with providing positive behavioral supports strongly preferred. 
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities a plus. Reliable transportation, driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.
