The Group Leader is an experienced DSP responsible for the ongoing supervision of DSP Staff, and the accurate oversight and supervision of activity classrooms and individuals in their groups.
Supervision &amp; Administration

<li>Implement, adhere to and train staff on established treatment plans</li>

QSAC is hiring a Residential Coordinator for our OPWDD-funded Residential Program for Manhattan, Queens, &amp; Long Island support. This essential position is responsible for the general support, coordination and supervision of Residential operations; supervising staff, and maintaining a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment which fosters growth and facilitates the development of independence of the people we support. This is an entry level position with paid training. If you are interested in supporting with people with autism and learning more about Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), then this is the job for you! 

Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Successful completion of required level of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Learning series and evaluations</li>
<li>Implement and adhere to established treatment/program plans</li>
<li>Complete required program documentation</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Vaccination required</li>
<li>High school diploma/GED preferred (High School students must demonstrate long-term interest in the field) </li>
<li>Experience working with people with autism or ID/DD or pursuing related degree preferred</li>
<li>Available to work in After School Program at least (3) days a week</li>
</ul>
Physical Demands: 
<ul>
<li>Ability to run, when needed</li>
<li>Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights &amp; 20 lb, items</li>
</ul>
