Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - PRN - Home Risk Assessments
Type: PRN - Flexible
PAY: Earn from $2,300 up to $11,500 per month (Based on an average of 20-100 completed visits per month, and pay of $115.00 per completed assessment). Compensation range is based on availability and assessment completion.
Location: Home, SNF and other community environments in Elmont, New York
Hours: Days, Evening, Nights, weekend, Flexible Scheduling
Benefits: PRN providers are non-benefited except for 401(k) and limited Voluntary Benefits

Qualifications
Must Haves:
<ul>
<li>Master’s Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure</li>
<li>Master’s Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of PA licensure</li>
<li>Current RN and NP or PA licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority</li>
<li>Board certified by the NCCPA, AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in a Matrix approved specialty</li>
<li>Have a current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification</li>
<li>1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant preferred, new grads encouraged to apply. Have the ability to travel either in state or out of state</li>
<li>Have strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software</li>
<li>Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with patient, clients and colleagues</li>
<li>Have a positive and outgoing personality, and be a team player. Be comfortable and flexible with frequent change</li>
</ul>

<li>Travel required to meet patients where they live</li>
<li>Ability to travel - Valid state driver license, able to drive a car, proof of adequate automobile insurance coverage for the state of residence</li>

Essential Functions, Behaviors, and Expectations:

<li>Develop a thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products</li>
<li>Arrive to work timely following the appropriate dress code, including wearing of the required name tag</li>
<li>Create a memorable guest experience by utilizing EWC terminology and tailoring the scripts and standard responses while working in the location</li>
<li>Confirm each guest service(s) and offer recommended/related add on service(s)</li>
<li>Administer check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, refunds and reservation requests</li>
<li>Inform the guest of the prebooking benefits and how to utilize the app to reschedule</li>
<li>Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes</li>
<li>Organize the reservation book based on guest requests and associate availability</li>
<li>Perform opening and closing procedures for the center</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, sparkling clean, organized and visually pleasant environment within lobby and restrooms</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Requirements

<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>2+ years customer service experience or sales experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal skills.</li>

</ul>
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is performed sitting and standing at a desk and working on a computer, with times of prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling. The associate must lift and/or move items over 25 pounds.
