Overview of Field Operations &amp; Operations Support:   
Grameen America delivers its microfinance programs through a national network of branches comprised front-line field service personnel. The Operations Support Team supports these branches in day-to-day issues and improvements. Key functions include serving as the backbone service center to help resolve all problems and escalations and continuously seeking to improve the operating model through systems and processes and helping enhance member satisfaction and experience.

Job Responsibilities:  
Operations Support &amp; Service Center:

Hyperbaric Medical Solutions (HMS) is a free-standing provider of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) with offices in Manhattan, NY, Woodbury, NY, Miami, FL, Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Randolph, MA. HBOT is an established medical modality going through a renaissance, and our innovative medical practice provides this all-natural treatment with applications for a wide range of medical conditions. Traditionally, this includes non-healing wounds, soft tissue radiation damage, failed flaps and skin grafts, and others, but as a free-standing medical clinic, HMS takes the opportunity to expand the application of HBOT to help many more. This is an emerging area of medicine that is delivering meaningful results to patients every day.
Currently, HMS is seeking well qualified candidates for a Full-Time and Part-Time positions as a Hyperbaric Technologist. Below is a description of the position and the required qualifications for consideration. 
Job Description 
Hyperbaric technologists (HBO Tech) have direct interaction with patients and oversee their care process every day. As a result, our HBO Techs are invaluable to creating and maintain a safe and extraordinary experience at Hyperbaric Medical Solutions. HBOT care is daily, so patients develop strong bonds with our staff, especially the HBO Techs - a relationship that is developed through trust and confidence in the expertise of each technologist. HMS is seeking Paramedics, EMTs, experienced Hyperbaric Technologists, and Certified Hyperbaric Technologists (CHT). Experience preferred, but will train non-experienced candidates who demonstrate thoughtful attention to detail, and who take ownership of process and practice operations. Candidate must be willing to work in a collaborative, team environment. This position will work closely with clinical and administrative staff at both this office, as well as at other HMS locations.

BroSis provides holistic and long-term support services to youth who range in age from eight to twenty-two. BroSis offers wrap-around evidence-based programming such as four-six year rites of passage programming, thorough five-day a week after school care, school and home counseling, summer camps, job training, college preparation, employment opportunities, community organizing training, and month-long international study programs to Africa and Latin America. RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Account &amp; Financial Management

<li>Oversee the day-to-day financial operations (including AP, Payroll, General Ledger &amp; Banking).</li>
<li>Manage budgeting processes, working closely with program directors and department heads to develop, monitor budgets, produce and analyze monthly reports.</li>

BENEFITS:

Love animals?! SPCA Westchester is looking to add a passionate and dedicated Animal Care Specialist to our team! 
Summary: The Animal Care Specialists are responsible for the day-to-day care of all animals in our Rescue Center. This includes feeding, bathing, and providing enrichment that betters the life of the animals. The ACS position involves continuous cleaning to prevent contamination, illness and stress. This is a hands-on position that requires physical strength and constant mobility. 
The Animal Care Specialists help to facilitate adoptions through counseling sessions with adoptive families and individuals. ACS must have excellent communication skills and provide customers with a positive adoption experience. 
Animal Care Specialist Duties:
 Observe animals overall well-being and monitor for stress, signs of illness and abnormalities.
 Feed and water all animals and bathe dogs when necessary.
 Provide cats and dogs with daily enrichment, exercise, socialization, and basic obedience training.
 Disinfect and sanitize all animal rooms, kennels, and cages, and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
 Help our animals find their forever homes through our match making process.
 Disinfect animal transportation vehicles.
 Daily stocking of supplies and maintain animal rooms in an organized manner.
 Wash, dry, and store laundry and dishes.
 Other duties as assigned.
 Exposure to zoonotic diseases, loud noises, and weather conditions.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
 Must be dependable!!
 Familiar with canine and feline body language and basic behavior.
 Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and stand on your feet all day.
 Reliable transportation, including in inclement weather.
 Basic computer literacy.
Schedule &amp; Pay:
Weekday shifts available. Saturday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm AND/OR Sunday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, both weekend days are not required. Opportunity for additional hours.
