TASKS: Provide maintenance duties including but not limited to; Performing preventative maintenance Handling basic repairs and maintenance Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them Knowledgeable in creating estimates; including, identifying project steps, estimate labor hours and listing needed materials Handling small construction projects; stairs, decks, exterior trim Loading and unloading equipment and tools into work vehicles if needed Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks and filling gaps on walls Checking control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm, fire extinguishers, security alarms) Installing appliances and equipment Painting, installing shelves, cabinets, and countertops Pressure washing driveways and sidewalks Collect and remove trash and debris.
