Summary
The Field Construction Coordinator (“FCC”) supports construction site operations by facilitating communication between the field team, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management. Responsibilities

<li>Perform QA/QC and program management duties as directed. </li>

<li>The FCC should be familiar with work orders, engineering sketches, permits, and easements. </li>
<li>The FCC will represent the Company in working with the contractor supervisor/working foreman for the duration of the project to make sure material resource needs are met, construction plan is followed, and project paperwork needed for invoice approval is submitted in a timely manner.  </li>
<li>The FCC will assist with field inspections and monitor the contractor to ensure conformity of electric distribution and/or transmission projects to the client’s construction standards. </li>
<li>The FCC may be required to interact with a wide range of stakeholders (internal and external) to resolve problems and minimize project delays. This can include speaking with customers, pedestrians, client reps, safety specialists, energy control center operators and several other utility-related contacts. </li>
<li>Assess the health of utility assets and equipment as they relate to the utility inspection program. </li>

TSINY is looking for Part-Time Peer Counselor for The Supported Housing Location, one of our mental health residential programs located in Bellerose (Queens), NY.
Part-Time Peer Counselor: $26 Per Hour
Must have lived experience with mental health services.
Position Summary
Assist individuals in the program to develop personalized plans for recovery. Work as part of the team to ensure that program goals are met, that the environment remains safe and supportive, and provide input into the development of program policy and procedures.
Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Peer counseling.</li>
<li>Identify supportive community resources to assist the individuals in the program.</li>
<li>Provide recovery readiness services in groups and individual counseling.</li>
<li>Assist individuals in the program to develop service/housing plan goals that are consistent with their life goals.</li>
<li>Provide referrals to community-based services as needed.</li>
<li>Provide mentorship support to individuals living in the program.</li>
<li>Outreach and engage individuals in program services.</li>
<li>Be able to sit or stand as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.</li>
<li>May require walking, primarily on a level surface, for short periods throughout the day, with or without reasonable accommodation.</li>
<li>Be able to reach above shoulder heights, below the waist or lift as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation.</li>
<li>During a declared disaster, assume and adhere to assigned Job Action role(s) consistent with Disaster Preparedness Plan.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as required.</li>
<li>A graduate of a Peer Advocacy Training Program required.</li>
</ul>
Experience/Education/Skills/Abilities
HS diploma or a combination of education and relevant experience to total four years and a graduate of a Peer Advocate training program. Has lived experience with mental health services.
