Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is a program licensed by the NY State Office of Mental Health and designed to address the significant needs of children ages 10 up to 21, who are at risk of entering, or are returning home from high intensity services, such as inpatient settings or residential services, using a multi-disciplinary team. Children with significant psychiatric needs, who are at risk of institutional level of care, require intensive interventions to adequately support the child and family's complex needs, to avoid high end services or facilitate and support a successful transition back to community.

Youth Peer Advocates (YPA) are individuals aged 18-30 years old, who self-identify as a person who has first hand experience with mental health and/or co-occurring behavioral health challenges. Peer advocates are in a unique position to serve role models, educate recipients about self help techniques and self help group processes, teach effective coping strategies based on personal lived experience and teach symptom management skills.
To be a successful Family Peer Advocate you must be ready, willing, and able to do the following always:
1. Function within the policies and procedures as outlined in program practice guide and employee manual
2. Adhere to state regulations and applicable code of conduct
3. Work within an interdisciplinary team to assist client in their overall functioning and achieve desired outcomes
4. Provide rehabilitative support services through an array of formal and non-formal services to the parent, family member or caregiver for the benefit of the child/youth.

KNOWLEDGE:&nbsp;
NY and PA landlord tenant laws. State and Federal regulations governing &nbsp;Security Management Programs in the financial services industry.&nbsp;
EXPERIENCE:&nbsp;
Significant and demonstrated experience reading, interpreting, and negotiating contracts &nbsp;(e.g., lease and business contract review) Significant experience &nbsp;managing facility, security, landlord and tenant relationships. 5+ years leadership experience. Experience using P.C. based software including Microsoft Office, etc.&nbsp;
SKILLS/ABILITIES:&nbsp;
Ability to project a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Excellent project management and communication &nbsp;skills including the ability to communicate complex compliance &nbsp;issues to staff.&nbsp;

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Transmission and Distribution Engineer to join our rapidly growing T&amp;D team. The ideal candidate will have a background in both Overhead and Underground design and the ability to lead projects, mentor younger staff, and serve as the point of contact for Clients. This position will oversee multiple projects of various complexities, from Concept Design through Construction and As-Built.
Duties:
<ul>
<li>Oversee design of projects including new lines, rebuilds, overhead and underground transmission and distribution.</li>
<li>Mentor younger staff and perform reviews of design drawings and documents.</li>
<li>Develop and manage project schedules, estimates, cashflows and invoicing.</li>
<li>Work with Program Manager to prioritize workload and manage deliverables.</li>
<li>Serve as main point of contact to the client for project.</li>
<li>Work with Program Manager and Division Director to develop new business and Clients.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 7 years in Transmission and Distribution Design.</li>
<li>Valid PE license, NY is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience in Project Management</li>
<li>Proficiency working with PLS-CADD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MFAD, CYMCAP and other industry software.</li>
</ul>
Salary Range: $95,000 to $105,000
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
