The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, through its affiliation with New York City Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst, is seeking a part time (16 hours per week) Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our expanding team. The department is focused on growing its orthognathic practice and is launching bone regeneration and implantology services. Elmhurst Hospital Center is a 545-bed tertiary care facility and an ACS-verified level 1 trauma center in the ethnically diverse borough of Queens, NY.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgical care to patients, including but not limited to orthognathic, bone regeneration and implantology procedures; supervise and mentor oral and maxillofacial residents and students within the clinic, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for utilizing operating room privileges to perform complex procedures and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. S/He will participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities; collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure cohesive patient care, support community service events and promote the hospital's mission.

Dental Assistants Needed ($23/hr)
Workforce1 Healthcare Career Center is partnering with top NYC healthcare providers to connect qualified Dental Assistants to an immediate opening at a healthcare organization in the Bronx.
Shifts:&nbsp;Flexibility to work Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays or Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Job Responsibilities:
Dental&nbsp;Assistants&nbsp;will provide chairside support to Pediatric and General Dentistry and allow our Dentists to provide efficient, high-quality care to patients. They are responsible for providing hands-on support and completing prep&nbsp;work so Dentists can complete the required tasks at maximum speed and efficiency.
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>0 -1 years of related experience in a&nbsp;dental&nbsp;setting with four-handed dentistry preferred.</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED,&nbsp;Dental&nbsp;Assistant Certificate,&nbsp;entry level in a&nbsp;dental&nbsp;setting with four-handed dentistry, must have flexible schedule</li>
<li>Bilingual&nbsp;Spanish&nbsp;required.</li>
<li>Knowledge of&nbsp;Dental&nbsp;Software and EHR (e.g., Dentrix)</li>
