Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia, and Westchester County. Sun River Health is currently seeking a full-time A31 Clinical Program Director at The HUB Health Center. Position Summary The A31 Clinical Program Director provides leadership and acts as a role model for all personnel in the planning and delivery of client services. He/she directs program operations and collaborates with all departments to develop, deliver, and evaluate the clinical program services provided to the Sun River Health clients. The Program Director directly supervises all administrative and case management staff and collaboratively supervises all facilities and plant operations at the program site. This position ensures that concrete services are provided to clients in accordance with New York State Office of Mental Health requirements as well as agency policies, procedures, and quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Performs other duties as required by the Vice President or his/her designee</li>
<li>Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.</li>
<li>Recruit, supervise, develop, and evaluate staff</li>
<li>Responsible for all statistical and other reports as requested.</li>
<li>Responsible for employee time and attendance requests</li>
<li>Conducts performance management activities, including but not limited to appraisals, documentation, coaching and disciplinary actions for clinical staff</li>
<li>Oversees all client intakes and discharges and assures that they are processed in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Provides counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.</li>
<li>Adhere to all HIV/AIDS and substance abuse confidentiality requirements.</li>
<li>Analyze program performance and forecasts future demand and resource requirements for continued effective program operation.</li>
<li>Assure compliance with all policies, regulations and laws governing clients' rights and confidentiality of information.</li>
<li>Attend and participates in continuing education programs, seminars designed to maintain professional competence.</li>
<li>Build, develop, and maintain community relationships and referral arrangements with community agencies and hospitals</li>
<li>Trains all staff on meeting the regulatory standards per OMH</li>
<li>Screens and selects clinical candidates for program staff positions</li>
<li>Provides clinical supervision and in-service training for clinical staff</li>
<li>Coordinates and oversees clinical program and services</li>
<li>Conduct performance management activities, including but not limited to appraisals, documentation, coaching and disciplinary actions for clinical and administrative staff at the program site.</li>
<li>Conduct quality assurance reviews to monitor and audit compliance with indicators and program metrics. Ensure department standards of practice are met and implement plans of correction when necessary to address substandard performance.</li>
<li>Direct, coordinate, and implement training programs for staff, including both internal training and outsourced instruction</li>
<li>Ensure that billable staff services meet or exceed weekly billing quotas</li>
<li>Ensure that case management services provided meet or exceed service targets</li>
<li>In collaboration with the department of Environmental Services, maintains overall responsibility for program site security, operations, and safety.</li>
<li>Monitor all case management activities for compliance and quality assurance</li>
<li>Oversee the quality management of client Private Health Information in all paper and electronic patient health information systems.</li>
<li>Participate in intra- and inter-agency community meetings and committees as assigned</li>

Position Summary The full time Psychotherapist provides specialized knowledge and skills for psychiatric and mental health evaluation, assessment and management of clients. Strong therapy skills are essential. The position reports to the Program Director. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
