<li>Participate in staff meetings and agency trainings as required.</li>
<li>Complete 40 hours of trainings as required by OCFS.</li>
<li>Participate in on-call rotation.</li>
<li>Participate in monthly supervision with program supervisor.</li>
<li>Responsible for case record documentation and daily and monthly record keeping.</li>
<li>Represent the Agency and Program in a positive manner.</li>
</ol>
 B.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Client/Case Management Functions: &nbsp;
<ol>
<li>Maintain daily face to face contact with clients. </li>
<li>Complete daily apartment safety checks.</li>
<li>Conduct monthly fire drills with clients.</li>
<li>Complete spill kit and first aid kit checks monthly.</li>
<li>Participate in admission and discharge planning.</li>
<li>Link clients to necessary services and act as an advocate.</li>
<li>Complete individual needs assessments including an independent living assessment.</li>
<li>Develop a person-centered service plan with the client.</li>
<li>Provide skills training in shopping, money management, menu planning, transportation, leisure skills, personal hygiene, housekeeping, use of community services and any other IL skill training need. </li>
<li>Provide education and information to pregnant and parenting youth</li>
<li>Ensure that residents are safe and following program rules and expectations.</li>
<li>Ensure environmental safety in TTLP residences.</li>
<li>Meet with clients to update and review service plan progress.</li>
<li>Intervene to resolve crisis situations.</li>
<li>Provide transportation as needed.</li>
<li>Assist clients in setting daily/weekly activities</li>
<li>Help clients move into and out of the program.</li>
<li>Coordinate with other service providers and attend meetings as necessary.</li>
<li>Co-facilitate weekly ILS Group, community service projects and program activities.</li>
<li>Provide Transition Planning and After Care services.</li>
</ol>

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (Adult ER) to join a fast-paced emergency department. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to manage high-acuity patients, and experience delivering emergency care to diverse adult populations.
