Job Summary: 
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nursing Director to lead our team of nursing professionals in providing high-quality care to individuals with behavioral health needs involved in the criminal-legal system. As a key member of our leadership team, you oversee clinical and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. What you will be doing:

<li>Lead behavioral health nursing staff (RNs and LPNs) working in Clinic, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), and Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT) programs by providing clinical supervision, initial and ongoing training on the nursing role, chairing nursing meetings, and by acting as a primary liaison between nursing staff and senior leadership, quality assurance, fiscal, information service, and facilities departments.</li>
<li>Support program leaders by assisting with nursing recruitment, hiring, and ensuring adequate nursing coverage across departments, and by acting as a resource for efforts to integrate medical and psychiatric care by drawing on expertise in holistic, harm-reduction-focused healthcare.</li>
<li>Help CASES adhere to the highest standards of care and to regulatory guidelines by developing and updating standardized nursing policies and procedures, by ensuring medication and treatment rooms are well equipped and maintained in compliance with all levels of regulation, and by reviewing medication incidents and ensuring appropriate follow-up. </li>
<li>Demonstrate excellence in nursing practice by providing culturally humble, trauma-informed care, modeling effective clinical interventions, while providing part time direct care services to clients in an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team.</li>
<li>Serve as a member of the agency Senior Leadership Team </li>
<li>Other duties as required by the Executive Leadership Team</li>

What we are looking for:

<li>Active New York State (NYS) license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse.</li>
<li>Experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs involved in the criminal-legal system, preferably in community-based modalities.</li>
<li>Previous use of an electronic health record, preferably Footholds AWARDS and/or Qualifacts CareLogic.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) Part 599 regulations for Clinic Treatment Programs, NYS OMH Program Guidelines for Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), and NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) scope of service for Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT).</li>
<li>Strong organizational, leadership, professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.</li>

RiseWell Community Services is looking for a full-time Master Level Counselor – Family Specialist to join our Forensic Assertive Community Treatment Program in Queens, New York.
In this role, you’ll be utilizing your own professional experience to provide tailored care and guidance to participants and families. The world does not run out of people to help…and we need people like YOU to help us make a positive change in the community!
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree or higher in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy. Rehabilitation counseling (if rehabilitation counselor, C.R.C. preferred). A valid and clean NY State driver license. Minimum 1 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting. Fingerprinting, criminal record check. Approval from NYS Office of Mental Health
CORE &amp; ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY: Provide direct services with a focus on family services Work on a mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team for persons with severe and persistent mental illness. Maintain case records for caseload assigned by the Team Leader. Schedule regular meetings with participants. Conduct group sessions as per staff discipline Collaborate with families and identify needs, strengths, goals, and resources to support families’ health and wellness. Establish, follow up, and maintain new referrals. Complete Needs Assessments. Complete weekly progress updates. Complete visits based on requirements from Team Leader. Prepare and submit reports by deadlines

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a Part-time Peer Counselors to join the Community Residence in Massapequa and or Glen Cove.
RiseWell’s Residential Services provide those in recovery from serious mental illness a safe, reliable home with on-site support. Our Residential team assists participants with an array of services aimed at supporting their recovery and improving their quality of life. Services include medication monitoring, skill-building development, symptom management, socialization, transportation training, connections to psychiatric and medical services, and more.
In this role, you will provide a positive role model of community functioning, informal counseling, peer support and ADL training in a licensed residential program providing transitional housing to people with psychiatric disabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS: Personal or shared experience with mental illness and/or substance abuse issues. Ability and desire to assist others in mastery of independent living skills and the personal recovery process . Understanding of peer support, self-help philosophy. Clean, valid NY State Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a Part Time Assistant Case Manager who will report to the Site Supervisor within the Outreach Services Department at Pilgrim. In this role, you will assist Case Managers by providing selected services to ICM clients.
Our Outreach programs provide an array of services designed to engage individuals who are reluctant to seek help or experience barriers to access. Services are brought to the person where they are located, whether that be at home, the street, a hospital, or another location. As a part of this team, you’ll assist those we serve to have their basic needs met by providing referrals, linkage, and hands-on assistance with obtaining food, employment, housing, and financial assistance.
HOURS: 19 hours per week, Monday through Friday
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Individual must have personal experience with a mental health condition. Peer Certification preferred. Clean, valid New York State driver’s license. Fingerprinting, criminal record check and all necessary clearances from the Justice Center.
