Advantech Industries is currently recruiting for skilled CNC Operators for our A shift. Hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm. Eligible candidates must have 6 months previous experience and a High School Diploma or GED. 
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
Run CNC Mill or Lathe: Observes machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper. Clean machine and work area 
Deburr Parts: Controls operation of computerized deburring and tooling machine to perform series of machining operations, such as drilling and deburring.
Inspect Parts: Inspects “first part” and inspects work pieces throughout the production run, for out-of-tolerance machining.

About the Position of Service Manager
The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under-car repair services. In addition, to ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, Service Managers must direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work. While driving the sales initiatives of Mavis, Service Managers must communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, ensure customers are satisfied with their in-store experience and strive to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities
A Relationship Banking Representative is responsible to deliver a positive customer experience to current and prospective bank customers. The person in this position will routinely move between the customer service desk and teller area, as needed. A Relationship Banking Representative must be able to adapt well in the workplace to service the varying customer needs while adhering to bank policies and procedures. It requires someone who will maintain the security of customer information, prioritize items of significance, and be a team player.

<li>Routinely provide quality customer service and a positive banking experience by handling financial transactions (i.e., opening of accounts, cashing checks, etc.) with professionalism </li>
<li>Determine customer needs, explain and sell products and services</li>
<li>Actively participate in lobby management, greeting customers and proactively taking ownership of the customer’s in-branch experience</li>
<li>Telephone customers to schedule sales appointments and promote products suitable to the customer’s needs</li>
<li>Participate in branch prospecting efforts and sales initiatives</li>
<li>Assist customers with requests such as stop payments, wire transfers, balance discrepancies, loan information, etc.</li>
<li>Serve as a liaison between customer and operational areas</li>
