WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Director of Strategy Execution (Chief of Staff) will carry out the mission of the National Kidney Foundation by maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of NKF’s Chief Executive Office and Executive Operations. This individual will serve as a project manager, people manager, and strategic advisor to the CEO’s office, allowing that leader and the senior staff to focus on NKF’s highest-level business priorities. This includes supporting the National Board of Directors, management of Senior Staff and CEO initiatives, strategic engagement with the CEO’s other external stakeholders, and key NKF initiatives/programs.

Maintain effectiveness under pressure. Competency in using a multiple-line telephone, personal computer, fax machine, photocopier, and other standard office equipment. Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 25 lbs. Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed. Available for overnight business travel.
