Primary Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;
Strategic Leadership
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement a comprehensive advancement strategy aligned with the SHA’s mission, vision, and strategic growth plan.</li>

Required Qualifications:

Reporting to the Dean for Institutional Effectiveness, the Institutional Research Manager will support&nbsp;the College’s planning, evaluation, analytical research, data visualization and presentation, and institutional effectiveness. The Institutional Research Manager collects, develops, analyzes, creates relevant data dashboards and communicates institutional outcome data, including retention, graduation, transfers, course level outcomes, enrollment information. Consults on a wide range of institutional data and assessment activities and coordinates reporting with the Dean for Institutional Effectiveness.
