Summary

Senior Construction Managers have the authority to establish and audit construction delivery standards for all engineering and architectural disciplines in C&amp;D Delivery. The Senior Construction Manager assists in managing all construction processes to conform to professional industry and MTA C&amp;D standards.
Responsibilities
Reviews contractor construction and technical designs for constructability in Design-Build projects.
Manages the scheduling, installation, testing, and commissioning of NFPS devices during the lifecycle of replacement and relocation installations. They will ensure that all installation processes are completed on time and adhere to industry and MTA C&amp;D standards. 
The incumbent will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that technical and functional requirements are met and that the installation process is managed effectively. They are also responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting in the event of any issues arising during the installation process. 
Responsible for monitoring and/or auditing third-party technical design and construction activities for compliance with the contract’s requirements.
Responsible for liaising with stakeholders and vendor to identify and resolve equipment maintenance, stakeholder backshop and vendor servicing issues.
Establish and maintain stakeholder communication throughout the installation and testing phases, recording feedback and participating in coordination meetings. 
Documents, via a punch list of both conforming and non-conforming work, the progress of outstanding issues, verifies corrective actions and identifies remediation for corrective actions.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or Project Management, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field. 
Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of related experience.
Competencies: 
Licensed Professional Engineer or Registered Architect desirable. 
PMP and CCM Certifications are preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job DescriptionWe are looking for experienced NYC DOB Gas Qualified Plumbing Mechanics. Ideal candidate will have NYC DOB 16-Hour Limited Gas Work Certification or Full Gas Work Certification. Applicants must demonstrate an ability to: - Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures. - Follow building plans, blueprints, and rough drawings. - Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies. - Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used. - Safely use hand and power tools. - Adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices. - Complete projects unsupervised and unassisted.
