VP; Corporate Banker sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to perform various financial analyses, incl. merger /acquisition analysis, capital structure analysis & assessment of credit quality. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite. Reqs: Bach. or equiv. & 4 yrs exp. in: Preparing models for M&A financing & return of capital scenarios, credit memos for client approvals, & presentation materials to analyze client corporate finance reqs; Using pragmatic market knowledge in a variety of sectors w/in fixed income markets, incl. corporate bonds & interest rate derivatives to assist clients in managing risk, strengthening balance sheets, & maximizing capital returns.
