Vice President w/ BNP Paribas Securities Corp. in NY, NY. Support origination & execution of M&A activities in the Energy & Renewables sector. Position reqs a Bach deg (U.S. or Foreign Equiv) in Acctg, Fin, Econ, Bus Mgmt, or rel field & 5 yrs of exp in job offered or a rel role. Must have 5 yrs of exp w/ the following: Bulge bracket or boutique investment banking; M&A or rel investment banking exp; the energy, natural resources, & renewables sectors; preparing pitch books for M&A & strategic capital raises on bus opportunities; using Fact Set, Bloomberg, & S&P Cap IQ. Telecommuting permitted 20%: Work may be performed w/in normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas Securities Corp office in NY, NY. Travel - 20% w/in the USA, Canada, & Europe.
