Job Description
We are a rapidly scaling sports tech company on a mission to reinvent how fans enjoy the game. Launched in 2019, we began as a community driven sports chat app (imagine Discord for sports) and have grown into a full companion app where fans compete in Daily Fantasy Sports & Social Picks contests, track games in real time, and connect with fellow enthusiasts.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive strategy for new acquisition and onboarding flows
- Become our experimentation authority, owning A/B, switchback, and innovative test designs
- Define north star metrics for each launch and iterate quickly using data and user insights
- Build something you'll actually use as a sports fan
- Partner closely with Growth Marketing to refine best in class fantasy sports experiences
- Embed responsible gaming principles into every feature you ship
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Genuine passion for fantasy sports, sportsbook products, or related gaming spaces
- Hands on proficiency with Amplitude, Segment, Braze, Appsflyer or comparable tools
- A track record of building growth and funnel products informed by both data and user research
- Talent for turning ambiguous problems into clear, actionable product plans that ship fast
- Experience optimizing paid media and ad network campaigns
