Position Overview
The Director of Growth & Strategy will be responsible for driving the company's overall growth initiatives. This includes leading digital marketing efforts, expanding retail partnerships, optimizing Amazon sales, and building a high-impact growth team. This role requires a leader who takes full ownership of growth initiatives, driving results end-to-end with a hands-on and strategic approach.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a growth-focused leader with proven experience scaling a consumer brand. You have deep expertise in performance marketing across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Google, and you're familiar with expanding into retail and wholesale channels. You are data-driven, creative, and skilled at leading teams to meet aggressive growth goals.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the full growth strategy across digital, Amazon, retail, and partnerships

Scale and optimize all major performance marketing channels (TikTok, Meta, Google, Amazon)

Manage and refine the company's TikTok strategy, working closely with creative and performance teams

Identify and build retail and wholesale partnerships to complement digital growth

Hire and manage key talent to support execution as growth initiatives expand

Implement testing and analytics frameworks to drive data-driven decision making

Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and business goals
Qualifications

5–10+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or eCommerce leadership

Proven track record scaling a consumer brand through digital and retail channels

Hands-on experience managing TikTok, Meta, Google, and Amazon advertising

Strong analytical skills and experience with funnel optimization and creative testing
