  • Frequently monitoring tax processing Outlook mailboxes to retrieve tax return requests
  • Accurately and efficiently logging, copying/printing/assembling and distributing tax returns
  • Identifying opportunities to address customer needs and participating in initiatives to improve processes and services
  • Applying knowledge of the business and the industry to identify the real issues facing our clients and providing innovative and pragmatic insights and solutions
  • Working overtime during peak tax-processing time frames

Skills and attributes for success

You’ll be able to anticipate and respond to an ever-changing environment in a practical and effective way. Your strong teaming skills will allow you to build relationships and networks across the business at all levels. As you will typically be working on multiple projects and deadlines, your strong organizational skills and keen eye for detail will be key to your success in this role. You’ll need to work independently and proactively to deliver project deliverables.

  • Excellent skills in computer/technology and tax technology applications (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Engagement Access Database, ECF/eDocs)
  • Aptitude to learn new applications and perform work electronically, as well as use paper media when necessary
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and take responsibility for accuracy, quality and meeting deadlines
  • One-plus years of related work experience; experience with tax returns a plus
  • High school diploma with some college or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work within an office location

Ideally, you’ll also have
