We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Presentation Specialist to design, develop, and maintain high-quality presentations that support executive, client-facing, and internal communications. The successful candidate will translate complex information into clear, visually compelling, and professionally branded presentations in a fully remote environment.
This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools
Collaborate with executives, consultants, and subject matter experts to structure content and messaging
Apply corporate branding, visual standards, and storytelling principles to presentation materials
Transform complex data into clear charts, graphics, and visual narratives
Edit, proofread, and format presentation content for accuracy and consistency
Manage multiple presentation projects while meeting tight deadlines
Maintain presentation templates, style guides, and asset libraries
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 3–6 years of experience creating professional, executive-level presentations
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design best practices
Strong visual design, layout, and data visualization skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting executive leadership or consulting environments
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience with brand management and corporate communications
Compensation:
Annual Salary Range: $75,000 – $110,000 USD, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location
