• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain well-organized records and databases.
• Manage receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and maintaining a positive first impression for the organization.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring efficient time management.
• Maintain and update office supplies inventory while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Support the team with various administrative office tasks to promote efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including managing front desk operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative office tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
