Job Title: Administrate Assistant/ QuickBooks
Location: Peekskill, NY
Pay: $25.00–$27.00
Schedule: Part-Time, Monday–Friday (16 hours)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support and assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer relations.
Requirements:

Proficient in QuickBooks, WordPerfect, and Excel

Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Good telephone and customer service skills

Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Responsibilities:

Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable as needed

Support daily office functions (phones, scheduling, mail, faxing, etc.)

Maintain correspondence with customers and tenants
-
Keep files and records organized and up to date
-
Prepare and distribute the annual company holiday schedule

Assist with payroll processing

Help track jobsite progress and maintain related records
Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
