We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef De Cuisine to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional French cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and brunch services. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, including managing the line, maintaining high culinary standards, and designing seasonal menus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in French cuisine and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences. Pay is competitive and will depend on your skill and experience. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including managing the line, ensuring that the highest culinary standards are met for breakfast, lunch, and brunch services.

Create and implement seasonal menus, showcasing French cuisine techniques and ingredients.

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.

Actively participate in cost control, inventory management, and ordering processes.

Qualifications:
