Administrative Assistant – Bookkeeper, Accounts Receivable/Payable

Fast-growing manufacturer of automotive, industrial and special-use coatings has an immediate need for an experienced office professional. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with the highest standard of customer service; strong communication skills and have a good working knowledge of accounting basics, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Weekly payroll processing
• In addition to clerical support which includes answering phones, maintaining files, ordering supplies.

The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail oriented, with a professional, friendly phone etiquette and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient in MS Office, and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements: 2-3 years bookkeeping experience, proficient in Microsoft Office programs, excellent written and verbal skills

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
