The client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Global Head of Growth Marketing to lead and scale their business network. This critical hybrid role combines hands-on campaign execution with data-driven leadership to drive measurable growth.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Web3 marketer with a proven track record in managing global events programs and leading high-performing teams. They will also be responsible for optimizing marketing operationsincluding tech stack management and lead processesto enhance efficiency and impact. This role is perfect for a marketer who excels at the intersection of demand generation and marketing infrastructure, and who thrives in a dynamic, global environment.
Requirements
- 5 -7 years in marketing, ideally with 1 - 2 years in a strategic or leadership-adjacent role in web3.
- Strong ownership of global field/event marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of the web3 landscape, including enterprise, L1 ecosystems, and dApps.
- Experience with AI tools for campaign automation or analytics.
- Understanding of AI tools, marketing operations, analytics, and process optimisation.
- Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated growth mindset and interest in stepping into leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex concepts into accessible messages.
- Demonstrated success in running integrated regional marketing programs that drive user growth and community engagement
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, startup environment
