Job Summary:

The Ski & Ride School Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing product strategy and go-to-market initiatives for Vail Resorts’ Ski & Ride School line of business. The team leads projects and marketing tactics from ideation to execution to achieve Ski & Ride School business goals.

This position is focused on driving guest engagement and revenue growth for Vail Resorts’ Ski & Ride School line of business. This position will work to execute and optimize marketing strategies that bring to life the vision for Ski & Ride School while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including omnichannel and guest lifecycle marketing, business and channel analytics, guest research and operations business partners. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, and excels in critical thinking, with the ability to independently lead projects.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $76,841 - $100,034 + annual bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Shape and execute product and go-to-market initiatives to engage Vail Resorts’ guests effectively, including digital experiences, ecommerce launches and key seasonal tactics
  • Ideate, develop and propose new strategies to optimize content, tactics, and landing pages to improve the guest experience across websites and in-app
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the performance and business impact of marketing channels through testing and iterating on processes and best practices
  • Analyze guest data to refine audience segments and marketing tactics, translating guest insights into actionable plans and gaining alignment for execution
  • Work with the strategic research team to execute guest insight studies that inform product and lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Support key performance metrics and reporting for Ski & Ride School marketing efforts, analyzing trends and insights to recommend optimizations and actions that drive performance
  • Develop and refine compelling, guest-centric content in partnership with the digital marketing team that brings the Ski & Ride School marketing strategy to life
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing tactics are tightly aligned with business priorities and operational needs

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of product and/or digital marketing experience
  • Solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions
  • Demonstrated learning agility, with the ability to quickly adapt to new skills and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to tell compelling stories
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional partners
  • Independent self-starter who takes the initiative with positive energy
  • Strong management of multiple stakeholders, independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Understanding of digital metrics, UX design, and digital best practices a plus

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $76,841 - $100,034 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
