A leading financial services organization is seeking a Senior Vice President, Shared Services to oversee and optimize key operational functions across IT, procurement, and facilities. This senior-level position plays a critical role in shaping internal infrastructure and ensuring scalable, high-quality service delivery that supports firm-wide performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage core shared services functions, including IT, procurement, and facilities
- Develop and implement operating models, performance metrics, and service delivery standards
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and execute process improvements
- Oversee vendor strategy, sourcing, and contract management
- Guide infrastructure planning, workplace operations, and space utilization
- Build and lead high-performing internal teams focused on service, cost-efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise operations or shared services leadership roles
- Prior accountability across multiple functional areas (e.g., IT, procurement, facilities)
- Strong operational leadership skills, with a track record of driving scale and efficiency
- Proven ability to influence across an organization and align with senior stakeholders
- Excellent judgment, communication, and team-building capabilities
