As an Event Assistant, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver exquisite and memorable events that showcase our luxury properties. Your responsibilities will encompass both creative and logistical elements, ensuring each event is smoothly executed from start to finish. In this vibrant and engaging role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing, sales, and PR teams, gaining valuable experience in event coordination and project management. Responsibilities

Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of various events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products required for events.

On-Site Support: Provide hands-on support during events, attending to last-minute changes and ensuring attendees' satisfaction.

Budget Oversight: Help in tracking expenses and maintaining budgets aligned with the event goals.

Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, enhancing visibility and participation.

Post-Event Analysis: Assist in collecting feedback from attendees and compiling reports to evaluate the success of events and suggest improvements.


Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or related fields is preferred.

Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or a related discipline is desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and engage well with clients.

Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to details to ensure high-quality event execution.

Availability: Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required for events.

Punctuality: Strong commitment to time management and meeting schedules.

Problem-Solving: Capable of handling unexpected challenges or changes calmly and efficiently.
