Prominent national law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their thriving practice. Ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and have 6+ years litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Construction, NY Labor Law, Medical Malpractice, Tort, Transportation, General Liability, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Civil Litigation, Employment.
 
You'll get the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting matters including some related to various venue liability litigation (recreational venues, arenas, amusement parks, etc.).
 
Option to work 4 days remote, 1 day onsite in their East Midtown NYC office.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Handle cases from inception to conclusion</li>
<li>Take and defend depositions</li>
<li>Court appearances</li>
<li>Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>JD</li>
<li>6+ years of litigation experience</li>
<li>Must be licensed to practice and in good standing in NY.</li>
<li>NJ, PA or CT bar admission a plus!</li>
</ul>
 
Base salary range 160k-175k + Generous Bonuses &amp; Full Benefits Package + Mostly Remote or Hybrid
