Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary receptionist, greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.
• Scan and digitize documents to maintain organized electronic records.
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, ensuring prompt communication.
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, copying, and data entry.
• Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory to support daily operations.
• Coordinate scheduling and manage calendars for meetings and appointments.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency.• Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in using office equipment, including scanners and multi-line phone systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus.
