Paid Construction Internship Program – $18/Hour
Join Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow (OBT) and be part of our Paid Construct Forward Internship Program! From September to December, you’ll train for industry-recognized construction certifications and receive a paid stipend while completing your certification training. After training, you’ll move into a 250-hour paid internship at $18/hour with leading companies ALL FOR FREE.

Certifications & Experience You’ll Earn:
- OSHA 30
- 10-Hour Site Safety Training
- 4-Hour Flagger Training
- 75 Hrs of Hands on Carpentry, Electrical Wiring, and Plumbing Experience
- Renewable Energy Overview
What You’ll Do:
- Assist on active construction projects
- Learn site safety, tools, and trade skills
- Support renewable energy and infrastructure projects
What You’ll Get:
- Paid stipend during certification training

- College application and access support if you choose to pursue further education

Eligibility:
- Ages 18–24
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Must be available for the full program from September 2, 2025 – January 16, 2025
