Our client is a professional services firm. They seek a temp to perm Billing Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Ensure billing is submitted and approved promptly
- Review submitted billing and verify earnings criteria
- Build a strong rapport with internal team members
- Work directly under the guidance of CFO and other staff
- Learn and increase responsibilities over time
- Work on special projects when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent time management and high attention to detail
- A motivated, dynamic, and self-driven individual
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
