Job DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic and creative Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our growing wellness practice. You will help drive our marketing efforts through social media content creation, branding, patient engagement, and web design support.
Ideal candidates are either currently enrolled in or have recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. This role is perfect for someone passionate about wellness, marketing, and design who wants to grow with an established but expanding brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and schedule engaging posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Write content for patient emails, internal communications, and marketing materials
• Assist with website updates (experience with Framer is a plus)
• Support branding efforts and maintain a professional and consistent brand voice
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives
• Contribute ideas for enhancing patient engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (recommended)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Basic graphic design and web design experience
• Familiarity with Framer (recommended, not required)
• Passion for wellness, health, and patient-centered services
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of Zoho Workplace tools is a plus
